Terms of Agreement
INVENTORY PLATFORM — POLYPALL INC. — EFFECTIVE DATE: 2025
1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in Inventory, you acknowledge and agree that Polypall Inc. is not liable for any interactions, communications, deals, partnerships, or consequences arising from your use of this service. All user interactions, whether online or resulting in in-person meetings, are at the sole risk of the participating parties. Polypall is not responsible for any events, outcomes, or risks associated with in-person meetings between users.
2. CONDUCT STANDARDS
Bullying, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior is strictly prohibited and violations will be reviewed and actioned by our moderation team. Sexually explicit content of any kind is not permitted on the platform. Hate speech, discrimination based on protected characteristics, and targeted personal attacks are grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain ownership of all content you post. By posting, you grant Inventory a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform. You may not steal, copy, or misrepresent another user's project, pitch deck, code, or creative work. IP violation reports will be treated with high severity and may result in immediate content removal and account action.
4. SCAM & FRAUD PREVENTION
Fake investor profiles, advance-fee schemes, phishing attempts, impersonation of known VC firms or founders, and any requests for money or upfront fees are strictly prohibited. Please promptly report any suspected scammers or fraudulent activity using the red alarm 🚨 icon on any post, comment, or profile. These rules help maintain a safe and trustworthy environment for all builders.
5. REPORTING & MODERATION
Inventory provides a robust reporting system across all posts, profiles, comments, and AI match interactions. Report categories include: Spam or Advertising Abuse, Scam/Fraud/Impersonation, Inappropriate Solicitation, Harassment, Hate Speech, Misinformation, IP Violation, Confidential Information Disclosure, Off-Topic Content, and Self-Harm/Extreme Content. All reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours. High-severity reports (threats, doxxing, scams) are flagged for immediate human review.
6. AI MATCHING DISCLAIMER
AI matching is provided as a tool to facilitate connections. Inventory makes no guarantees regarding the outcome, quality, or suitability of any match. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any business arrangement with matched parties. The platform is not responsible for any business agreements, investments, or partnerships formed through AI matching.
7. USER AGREEMENT
By creating an account on Inventory, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older, agree to these terms in full, and understand that violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban. Polypall reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
